It was an hour phone interview. The first part was developed in Spanish (native language) and the second part in English. The first part we talked about the responsabilities of the job. I was also given the opportunity to ask several questions. Then, they presented me with three situations for which I had to apply the STAR technique.

Two remote interviews using Amazon's proprietary software, which no one could help me troubleshoot when it didn't work the day of (I had previously tested it)- one with a peer, one with the supervisor. But it seemed as though neither of those people communicated to each other.
