Was told I have the job several times in the MANY interviews I had before weeks of silence and then rejection. It’s against their policy to give feedback so it’s just mindgames. Also felt like a cult like workplace environment

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.
