Incredibly in-depth phone interviews that precede (what I hear) is a rigorous day-long multi-session in-person interview. If they are comfortable treating their interview candidates harshly, it makes you wonder how they treat their employees.
Remote and on video, interview was about 15 mins and was very quick. Answered general questions about my work and background. I interviewed with two people and was immediately given an offer after the call.

Describe your last role and what responsibilities you had?
After getting through the initial resume screening then did online assessment then scheduled a video interview with leader in the department, interview was focused on Amazon leadership principles. Online assessment was 45min and Video interview was 45min.

Entrevista
They first rejected me through the system and offered me the online assessment link. The first version of the job description didn’t mention that the role is a contractor, and HR didn't confirm this with me until I passed the online assessment.
The interviewer looked distracted all the time, they even turned off the camera in the middle of the interview. The interviewer was in a busy place with a poor internet connection while Amazon required the interviewee to have the video call in a quiet place.
When I asked the question about the job description as there is some mismatching, the interviewer mentioned that they are still rewriting the description.
