Entrevista
Trois rounds d'entretien dont le premier est effectué par téléphone afin de déceler le "fit" du candidat au sein d'Amazon. Les deux rounds suivants tournent autour d'études de cas et d'exemples tirées de l'expérience du candidat.
L'approche des entretiens est le modèle STAR. L'interviewer choisit l'un des "Leadership principles" d'Amazon et demande au candidat de donner un exemple tiré de son expérience où il l'a appliqué".
L'interviewer n'a pas été très communicatif. Il s'est borné à poser trois questions et à présenter Amazon. Il n'y a pas eu d'échanges à proprement parler. On avait l'impression qu'il avait une corvée à accomplir.

It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
