A recruiter adjust a connection between you and your first interviewer. The first interview takes about 90 minutes. In the beginning there are some background questions and theoretical ones, and after that there are some coding excercises in an online platform for coding.

Entrevista
Initial "phone screening" was more like "Computer Science 101 review". Was asked questions about how I would determine the nearest X number of stars out of a database of all known stars. Since I had no formal computer science education and couldn't fully describe the "O" value of the algorithm I described, they seemed uninterested, despite the fact that I have almost 20 years of experience and am a very well-respected software engineer. I suspect only very recent college graduates make it through their phone screening process.
