The Amazon recruiter was very thoughtful and sent me lots of resources to prepare for the interview. There was a lot of structure to the interview process and overall it was very well organized. It took about two weeks to secure the first round of interviews.

Telephone interview - HR Approx 1 hours all based on Leadership Principles Telephone interview - Hiring Manager Approx 1 hours all based on technical skills and CV London Office - 4 1 hours interviews with end user and leadership team All based on Leadership Principles and past experience Met and chaperoned by the most junior HR lady I've ever met who struggled to time the interviews, I ended up working out how the conferencing software worked and did it myself when she didn't return. Very poor process, little transparency as to what they are really after. I prepared long and hard for all of the interviews and never received any call, feedback or any sort of communication. My view of Amazon is that they don't respect their candidates, I definitely dodged a bullet.
