The interview was a long process and it helped me better to understand what I should expect from working at Amazon. Amazon has their own culture and beliefs that they follow and maybe one day I will have another chance to try again.

first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
