The whole process was good enough. The recruitment team sends an email regarding the time scheduled for the interview which is of course after clearing the online assessment. There might be one or two people taking the interview. It's a normal procedure. They asked the usual questions in the beginning and later little bit of mathematical questions. And that's it. They see if you're the right person for the job. And the select according to it.

There are 2 rounds of assessments. One is on language ability, including listening, reading, speaking. The other one would be more focused on attitude test. There will be some simulated situation on actual working task with time limit.
Smooth process, straight questions, helpful staff and everything is discussed thoroughly before the start of the employment. I appeared for an online test and after being shortlisted, the HR contacted me for the interview process

Just a written test on basic investigative skills and communications, including email drafting and navigating their platform. Also they tested you your priority over some tasks happening at the same time. No preparation needed.
Email confirmed the offer after months.
