It was overall just them trying to see how you would fit within their current structures. The interview very much felt it could be described as vibe checking. The only technical check was with the case study, but with that interview we really never went in depth to the case study. So yea it was not harsh , this felt like once you got past the initial screen you should be ok. REVIEW excel would be the biggest thing
