Very Professional. There were questions asked that I´ve never been asked before in an interview. Very interesting. If you are not prepared it can overwhelm you how much Amazon wants to know about your character and leadership capabilities. Iḿ amazed at how committed they are to employing capable people instead of people with papers and no know how. I will tell anyone who will be applying in the future for a leadership position in Amazon to make sure you become familiar with their Leadership principles because it one of a kind.
30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
