Had first interview with hiring manager on the phone. Was invited to 5 panel interview with a mix of Finance and non-Finance interviewers including hiring manager, 2 other senior managers, 1 Marketing Manager and Director

Why Amazon, why this role for initial screening. Panel interview was made up of competency based questions including tell me about a time when you raised the output from your team, tell me about a time when you delivered a project with less resources
Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Recieved an online assessment which included video responses
Recruiter screening
1st round interview with either the hiring manager or member of the team
Recruiter will let you know if you passed that round in a week
Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
