Entire process took about 2-3 weeks.
Submitted my resume and took behavioral, situational, and data analysis test.
A week after I received an email saying that they are interested in conducting 2hrs interview.
Interview spots were filled up very quickly. I had to wait another week to find an empty spot.
Interviewers were very pleasant and willing to help out. First interview was consisted of 3 situational questions, few behavior questions(STAR). Second interview was very quick. Mainly behavioral questions.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.

Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
