Eerste ronde is een cv selectie, daarna een telephone screen en op het einde the interview loop. Ik kwam door de cv selectie heen en ik ben uitgenodigd voor een telephone screen. De telephone screen vond plaats via chime en ging goed. Daarna ook een uitnodiging gekregen voor de laatste ronde, die zsm gepland zou worden. Een week later gevraagd aan de recruiter over de status, werd mij in een kort mailtje verteld dat de functie al gevuld was. Vervolgens om feedback gevraagd, maar die konden ze weer niet geven. Erg onprofessioneel en ontransparant.

You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
The interview process was very challenging and thorough. The questions required deep technical knowledge and problem-solving under pressure. While tough, it was fair and tested real-world skills, communication, and adaptability.
