I applied online for the job, then I got 2 telephone interviews which both were similar, with behavioural and technical questions. After I passed both interviews I got in-person interview with 4 people in Amazon's FC. Actually 2 of them were in-person, 2 of them were online via laptop. 3 of the interviews were completely about behavioural questions, and the last one was q mix between behavioural and techincal questions.
All those 6 previous interviews were about 45 minutes long. The 4x45 in-person should be the last step, but after few days they wanted me to get an extra interview by phone. This was shorter, about 20min and focused mainly on team-working questions.
After 3 long weeks waiting the final answer, they rejected me.

Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
