I applied to this position on their website and initially got a rejection when I asked a recruiter about my application status, but a few days later I got another email saying they would like to proceed with my application. The first thing was to complete an online assessment. Didn't specify anywhere what kind of assessment it will be, but it was a networking assessment. Completed it and didn't hear back at all from Amazon. Contacted the recruiter in my email and several recruiters on LinkedIn to see what was happening with my application, but got no response from any of them. Status simply shows "Under Consideration" online, and after 5 weeks from applying, I saw that they recently removed the job from their site. First went through an online assessment that was about 20 questions. Straight forward questions and then had a technical phone interview on the app Amazon Chime. It was about 40-45 minutes of the interviewee asking questions. Afterwards the interviewee let you ask questions about the position and program. Study networking and you should do fine!
