Good experience.
Applied online and was invited for a new hire orientation which was mostly an informative session.
Friendly HR personnel gave a breakdown of the job requirements and was required to bring specific documents.
A background check was conducted and few weeks after, I was invited for an orientation session and an first day training session.

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
