but the company was actually fooling the candidates actually. they were considering only the referrals and sending others out rounds.
How i know this? Cuz I've seen my scores which was really good and yet I was send out . I
The interview was very easy and very professional. They asked for self introduction and life achievements. There are two rounds first was online proctored test and the second was face to face interview.

there are three stages plus an online test they send you in case you could be a good fit. After the test HR will call you and if the call goes well, you will pass to the second stage which is a call with a team leader. Finally, there is the call with the manager.
