You receive a call or email stating different times for orientation. The orientation will be in a room with other people who applied. Watch video while being drug tested. Choose shifts and take a tour. If you pass drug test you will be contacted for the rest of orientation on the time of the shift you chose. Orientation last about 2 day before you get on the floor.
They call and tell you to go to the location and answer basic questions, like personal information, give them the required documents, then you are given a job offer if good.
