The interview process starts with applying on the company website, one of their recruiters then emails you asking for more information regarding technical skills and experience. Then the horrible part of the entire process, the HireVue video interview.
This is the worst experience I have ever had interviewing for a position, it felt like I was just talking to myself and I didn't enjoy the experience. The questions were mostly technical questions and some situational questions, it felt like a typical interview for an IT position.

They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.

Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
