It was a 3 level interview process. In first round there were 15 ques which was basic grammar. 2nd round was Versant test which consisted of 5 sections. Third round was face to face interview.

It's just an online test. It tests the candidates English skills. Both listening and writing. And also tests the vocabulary of the candidate. Not so difficult to crack but the only issue was with the second round when it asks to keep the background quiet. It's very difficult to connect
