First it was a phone interview the I had to do numerical test. After that the Company come back to me with the result of the first round. Then second round was a video call (consisted of 4pcs. 1-hour-long interviews) because I could not attend the Assessment Center.

Prep call with multiple candidates,breakdown of structure, mechanics of role and good pointers as to how best to prepare for interview. Once you get past the application phase, they're really helpful.

10 new employees, 8 hours but can only work at 70% of the capacity as the full-time staff.

Did a few online tests and then had 4 interviews. They went silent for two weeks without feedback. I've had to reach out to four people in the company to get a negative without explanation or feedback as it's the company policy.
