1st step: Online screening tests where simple data with charts and tables need to be analysed. Some questions with percentages.
2nd step: Online interview that lasts about 30-40 minutes. Online questions linked to their leadership principles, no case studies.
3rd step: Phone interview divided in two parts. I talked to the Head of the department I was applying at, and to an employee who works in this same department. Easy interviews, they are focused on their leadership principles

First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.
