They flew me out to another location where I had 2 different interviews answering behaviorial-based questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! There were a series of questions, but I benefited from lots of preparation. Be prepared to use the STAR formula to describe situations and what you did as a leader to improve them.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
