You apply online, they send you an email to set up an appointment. The appointment is really the interview. You go in with 2 forms of id and your high school diploma. They give you a paper with your shift and starting date . You go in for orientation for about 5-7 hours. At orientation you take a mouth swab and do a background check .
As long as everything comes back negative, you start a week later.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
