Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon (Brampton, ON) en feb 2015
Entrevista
I was recruited for an On Campus Interview after graduation. The next day I met with a manager for a 15 minute behavioral interview. I was also given a math problem in scheduling and time requirement calculation.
The next week I was flown to Brampton, Ontario. Amazon covered the flight and hotel expenses.
They gave me a quick tour of the fulfillment center. I, then, proceeded to meet with four employees separately. The first interview was behavioral. The second was a case interview. The third was an in depth review of my resume, academic experience and previous work experiences. The fourth was another math interview in scheduling and time requirement calculation.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
