Focus on the Leadership Principles of Amazon. You need to have replies for all of them ready and backed up by real live examples. You will have several rounds of interviews.
I tried my best in the panel interviews. I was disappointed I didn't get an offer plus the flimsy reason given that---my examples were not as complex. I was surprised by that response considering I had so many examples and I did not repeat any examples.
