Screening interview. They wanted to know my experience so far and whether I'm a fit for the job they are offering. At the end of the interview, the interviewer asked me if I really want to go forward with the process, because with my japanese level, I'll most probably fail the interview.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
