Applied for the position through their web page on April, they replied on June and made the interview on July, 2nd interview on August. Extremely slow HR team. First interview was on Skype with HR specialist, 2nd interview was also on Skype with HR specials and Manager.

Overall friendly and time-flexible, very haphazard with no clear journey and new stages emerging again and again. The numbers in the salary and benefits sections were an unpleasant surprise, with the minimal expected salary from my side being transformed into "total pre-tax income including the average payouts with options scheme, likely to realise in 2 years from now".
