Mine was a bit unique. I met one of the employees (from the team that was hiring) and we chatted over coffee. Then the employee set me up for a phone screen with the hiring manager. I seemed to have done okay on the phone interview so I got called to come for an on-site interview. I went in just to entertain them because I wasn't 100% enthusiastic about the job. The on-site was average and nothing out of the ordinary.
Started with call screen, then a portfolio review, then some design exercises, and finally a panel presentation. After got some lunch with team to get to know each other a bit more, after got a call from recruiter with offer

It's a good experience to interview with Yahoo. People are friendly here. All the processes are smooth and easy. Just get familiar with your portfolio and don't be nervous. 5 round of interviews,
