Long process over the course of months. Maybe 5-6 interviews total and a writing (not paid) assignment. Some of the interviews were with people I would never work or interact with. At least one interview was with a brand new employee that was still in the onboarding process. The recruiters were generally not great to deal with. They didn't put any extra effort into answering important benefit questions. The primary recruiter also changed what they said about the salary from one conversation to another. Not great.
