not bad but could do with improvement, just basic questions plus a test. 3rd interview stage is a presentation on yahoo products. they take ages to get back to you after each stage as hr are very unorganised. 1st interview telephone interview, second face to face and 3rd presentation, managers lie in interview and don't bother to ask you many questions, its more about them and their self importance. overall not a good experience and many colleagues would agree, pointless questions for a pointless company
The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

How have you used data to influence your decisions?
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.

First HR phone call ( around 1 hr), then hiring manager (anround 1 hr) and take home test plus a group interview. Will last for 1 month cos the salary process needs US approval.
