Applied speculatively and was called up to interview for a role within the company but wasn't provided the specifics until the interview. The interview was a relatively informal and therefore it was quite relaxed. Didn't feel supported by HR really throughout and felt a bit in limbo and had to keep chasing for an update.

I applied on line and then was contacted by HR for a face-to-face interview with the manager. I had to prepare a swot analysis on the company and department. The interview lasted for an hour, we went over the swot analysis and then i had to answer questions on my current responsibites
