Made it to the last round, which was a mock presentation. It has been a few weeks, and the recruiter has completely ghosted me. I have reached out asking for an update or an expected timeline for feedback, but I have not heard anything. Prior to this, they were very communicative and replied to every email. I see this as being very unprofessional, especially for a candidate that has made it to the final round. An email that states something as simple as “Thank you for your patience. We are still in the process of finalizing decisions” would be better than complete silence.
