They contact ME on linkedin saying what a great fit I was for one of their open positions. I didn't really have a huge interest in switching jobs but I was intrigued and made time on my schedule for an introductory interview. It was pleasant enough and I was told my resume would be submitted to the hiring managers and flagged for a second interview. I then got an email saying my resume wasn't selected so I reached out to the person who contacted me about the role who apologized and looked into it. Moments later I got another email asking me to again schedule an introductory call with someone else, which I did and proceeded to have the exact same conversation as I did in the first interview. Following that I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my resume. Disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
