Great interview process. Consisted of many different activities such as a group task where you had to select between 15 options of what you would prioritise to have in an emergency situation in space, followed by two different peer interviews, and ending off with a practical task. Very well done.

Phone screen, then multiple rounds of in person interviews, then a presentation with directors, and also a cognitive ability test. Spent hours and hours preparing for the presentation, then never heard back for over 6 weeks from anyone including the Internal Recruiter.

Not great, I spent a lot of days and effort preparing a presentation. I felt like I did pretty good, but heard radio silence for about a month after. I finally got onto the internal recruiter who said she's sorry people went away and they forgot about me. Let a sour taste in my mouth for a company who's so well know in NZ..
