Got an invitation for an interview/ screening. Then, an hour before the scheduled meeting, I got another email that I was no longer being considered. They could have sent this way earlier but left it till the dying minutes. I believe I dodged the bullet. They could have asked to invest time in some useless code challenge, only to pull the plug later. No hard feelings. Just sharing my experience

TL;DR; very pleasant, quick, and engaging process, and you get to interact with passionate people. - Preliminary phone Interview - Take-home task to solve within 2 days - Tech interview (video conference) - Management interview - Virtual on-site Throughout the whole process, Stylight HR was _extremely_ responsive. The task itself was interesting (real-world usecase) and well thought out by the team. The 2-day deadline was quite generous, which is a bonus, since you can spend some time really polishing your solution. The tech interview and (virtual) onsite were all nicely paced, and you get to meet quite a few people, all very willing to help you paint a clear picture of the company, its vision, and how they approach tackling challenges.
