From initial application (March 8th) to offer (March 22nd), the process took two weeks. Lightning-fast. The negative reviews are somewhat surprising. From top to bottom and everyone in between, everything about the process was *exceptional*. Initial phone screen was conducted by the CEO, and I was in constant communication with Stanza's People Ops and Director of Recruiting. Everyone was friendly and engaged into the process. For a Recruiter coming into Stanza, this is an ideal scenario.
