The interview was one of the lengthier processes, involving an online quiz, a phone interview, homework, a screen sharing interview, and an in-person interview. This company wants to find out how you think first, then know more about you as a person, since they work primarily with stats and numbers. The in-person interview was very long and thorough, with people coming in and out of it to get a read, as the final step at SpyFu is to meet and review potential candidates as a team. I got the impression that it went very well, and I was told that I would hear back soon, but I received no further contact, even after I followed up a week later to thank them again for their time and inquire about the outcome. I thought this was unprofessional and discourteous.

Questions are more based around general problem solving rather than practical experience for final interview. Expect some sort of technical interview before the final one which will be more practical.
