When interview I twas a 4 stage process, a brief phone interview, 'in house' interview, trial project, group interview. The questions asked were not difficult, however, the CEO went on a rant about millennials and their poor work ethics, how terrible it is working with the younger generation, how immature they are, how irresponsible they are and how hard it is to hire a quality staff member. It was very insulting, and just left a negative vibe on how they treat their staff. The interviews went very well, and I was told I was going to be taking on a role of a "Creative Director", but the CEO did not want to label the job listing as that because he would have to pay this person the expected wages of a creative director and he did not want to. Very odd he would say that, then offer me a position at that company with an extremely low salary.
