The low rating on Glassdoor for this company is absolutely justified. The interview process is unnecessarily long and burdensome, with a heavy workload, including take-home assignments, and they drag their feet on decision-making. Despite going through several rounds, there was no feedback and completely ghosted me, exactly as what others said on Glassdoor. At times, it felt like they weren’t serious about hiring but were instead using candidates to gather free ideas. The CEO has a lot to prove when it comes to demonstrating that a consultant is truly capable of effective leadership. Anyway, stay far away, toxic.

I went through 3 interview rounds of which one was a 5 hours task. I've been asked to share the task in advance (a day before the actual presentation) and after I've presented it, they just ghosted me without any feedback. They have just stolen my ideas. Stay away from this company. It's an old rubbish.
