Interviews were informal with highly engaged, smart folks. There seemed to be some internal miscommunication around role/responsibilities. Some folks indicated they were interviewing candidates for the first time. Director level interview contradicted information communicated in previous conversations, leading to a bit of a chaotic end to a long process. On the recruitment side, their candidate portal is well-designed and informative. They offered to provide feedback at the end of the process (albeit in a canned email) and did not follow through. Some feedback for the team: Develop more alignment around role to avoid contradictions, consider involving director-level folks earlier in the process.
