It was very challenging, yet exciting! Like a breathe of fresh air compared to my corporate style interviews of the past. The first interview is a Life Story interview where you just talk to someone casually about your life and get to know each other. The next phase is called the Gauntlet, it's a 2 hour role playing interview where actors call/chat with you about Shopify and you have to use Shopify's resources to help them solve their problems. The next phase is a chat with a potential Squad Lead (leader of your guru team).
