At first hr will contact you to ask for your available time slot. Then first round is with hr phone interview about 30 minutes. Then you need to take a test. After that you have to go for another round of interview with the team.
The first part was a phone call with the human resource. It was mainly self introduction and her sharing about the job position. Second interview was manager.
Interviewer was friendly and the questions were not too difficult.

It was a 20 min Zoom call with 2 HR, they asked about past experience and talked about what positions they are offering. The process was relatively fast and simple.
JD mentioned that Mandarin speaking was optional, but the HR screen involved a compulsory need for the entire call to be done in Mandarin, which was not aligned with the JD
