Entrevista
The process started with an interview with the hiring manager. Generally, she asked about my experience working in student organizations and in competitions, as well as my personality and how I work with other people.
After passing that interview, I then proceeded to the case study interviews. Here, you have to ask the right questions to extract data from your interviewer, because they're not going to data-dump on you; you have to probe. From the data you get, you make your interpretations and recommendations.
You have to really prepare well, read up on case interview tips, review business concepts. The preparation process was value-adding even beyond the purpose of the case interview. It helped me ask questions better and develop a sharper business acumen.
Overall, it was a pleasant, challenging experience. The interviewers were professional and the process went smoothly because of constant updates from the recruiting team, so I had a clear sense of direction.

around 5 - 6 rounds of interview, with average difficulty level. just have knowledge on the company you are applying for. they will ask questions including something about yourself, a little bit on the company and etc

The interview had 2 main parts:
1. Fit interview: strengths & weaknesses, challenges on previous jobs, mistakes, teamwork, leadership...
2. Case interview: a product launch case on order fulfillment center
The interviewer was very nice, gentle, and sharp.

Round 2: Behavioural interview: they got a HR representative who mostly inquired about your leadership experience and problem solving skills. Should not be too difficult if you have a lot of examples and stories to share
