Worst interview experience EVER. Started off with the recruiter spelling my name incorrectly in the system - so ALL emails she sent to me had the wrong name. Where's the attention to detail?
A lot of interviews got rescheduled on their side which is frustrating when blocking off time from current job.
Had 6 interviewers scheduled in one day. One of them walked in saying "I don't have any questions prepared, just ask me whatever".
Right before the last interview the recruiter said my feedback was great and wanted to know what would persuade me to sign that day. Then, during the last interview (after 4 hours), they told me they "didn't want to waste my time" and they felt like I didn't understand the position or product so I could leave now. Uh.. thanks for saving me 15 minutes after I wasted 4 hours.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED! Also, CTO told me he didn't believe in efficiency in their product. ERrrr.

Had a short phone screen with an HR rep followed by a take home assessment. The take take home assessment varied a great deal from what the “requirements” stated for the job. If this is what’s required for the job why not include that in the actual requirements?
