Applied online and almost immediately heard from a recruiter. I had 3 interviews within a week and scheduled the fourth for early the following week (because I was unavailable to do another interview that week). I got a call that Friday that they were not going to move forward with my application. Not because I was a poor fit, but because I didn't "move quickly enough" in the interview process. I would say that 3 interviews in one week is pretty quick. I thought it was unfair that the timeliness of applicants was considered over the quality. Not even necessarily saying I was the perfect fit. I just thought that the reasoning I was given was a bit ridiculous.

Quick and straightforward interview process. The overall process took about a week. About two days after applying on LinkedIn, I received an email from a recruiter requesting my ability for the recruiter screen. After a successful recruiter screen, I had a call with the hiring manager (after the weekend) and then a follow-up call with other designers to review a previous project from my portfolio. The last call was with the PM and tech lead of the team I was interviewing to join. All interviews were through Google Meet and communication was very strong. In total, I went through four interviews over the course of about six days.
