Both employees interviewing me seemed to have a different idea of what the role I was interviewing for entailed. My second interviewer was late to the interview and seemed to have little interest in me and what I might have to offer. After this interview I was completely ghosted.

It’s hard to say - I don’t think I was asked any questions that really highlighted the expertise I could provide for the role. I was asked to share my experience- which could be gleaned from my resume.
