Conversational based interviews. Newer middle management team. Sourcing is LinkedIn heavy here. Lack of focus on recruiting benchmarks comes across as a team that isn’t focused on data. Disappointing. Seemed like nice people though.

Terrible experience. Ten minutes late to the interview. Had no insight on my background, didn't know who Atlassian was, an asked the most generic questions. Asked for my availability for the next round and then sent me an automated email telling me they passed. Reached out to get clarification and didn't hear back at all. Tried again after the weekend and no response. Let the interviewer know that I would be leaving a Glassdoor review and low and behold, I got a response almost right away. Asked to hop on a call and told me they were passing. Every part of this was a waste of time, the reason for passing was due to me being remote but we discussed that in the first call.
