I had a great interview with someone from The Talent Acquisition Team and was really excited about the job opening and upcoming interview. Unfortunately, the two people who interviewed me for my second interview both seemed completely uninterested from the start. Both commenting that they had been “on meetings all day”, and both coming across extremely tired and bored. Numerous times I had to repeat myself or answer questions I had already addressed, so it doesn’t seem as though either were paying attention. Needless to say, I didn’t get through to the rest of the interview process. But I’m not complaining as I can’t imagine working with the two people who interviewed me if this was a good representation of their attitude.
