First, there was an initial interview with HR, followed by three interviews with colleagues in similar roles over the next three weeks. After that, I had an interview with the potential supervisor, making it a total of five interviews. However, there was no response or communication for two months. Later, I received another call from HR, introducing a potential new supervisor with a different vision. After that, there was no further communication for several weeks, until I finally received a generic rejection email. In total, there were seven interviews over a period of 3 to 4 months. While all the colleagues were very professional and respectful, the process itself felt somewhat irregular.

Entrevista
9+ years of experience in digital media and recently 2 years as a digital director, this was one of the worst recruiting interviews I've ever had. And the sad part, anyone meeting with this recruiter and having this initial interaction for this organization would immediately be pursuaded to go elsewhere.
First red flag- Recruiter was running late for our scheduled call, so they texted me. This is incredibly unprofessional.
Second red flag- Before asking about my recent work experience, he immediitaltely assumed that because I left my most recent company, it was a layoff.
Third red flag- Before asking me about how my experience fits the role, he said it did not based on his quick fumbling through my resume. I then asked him to describe more what this role was looking for or entailed, and he had zero clue.
Last red flag- He then offered me a sales executive role, which I have never done and had zero interest.
